New in 2006, the Women's Guild is a unique membership arm of the Newport Historical Society, serving as a significant resource and support network for the Society.

With a wide range of professional and experiential backgrounds, Guild members provide leadership and service to Historical Society programs and fundraising activiities. Through fellowship and educational programs, Guild members enhance their understanding of and appreciation for Newport's rich historical legacy and help to advance the Society's mission in the community.

For their unique commitment, Guild members have numerous enrichment opportunities, including lectures, guided tours, visits to cultural institutions and docent seminars.  Watch for information on programs of interest exclusively offered to Guild members.
